Promoting Health Portugal

The Promoting Health Portugal Project aims to create and implement an integrated action plan to strengthen and accelerate the internationalisation of portuguese health products and services.

About

The Promoting Health Portugal Project aims to strengthen the export capacity of participating SMEs and increase the international visibility and recognition of Portugal's health sector. This will be achieved by implementing collaborative internationalisation processes and using digital channels as a strategic tool.

It is a structured and coherent programme of actions that enables more effective and efficient intervention among SMEs by promoting the coordination of resources, the impact of messages and international visibility under the 'Health Portugal' brand.

The project is based on four main pillars:
Pillar 1: Trade Fairs and Events, which reinforce companies’ export capacity and international recognition.
Pillar 2: Business Missions, which focus on exploring new markets and establishing partnerships.
Pillar 3: Digital Communication and Promotion, with actions aimed at promotion and distribution in target markets;
Pillar 4: Studies and Consultancy. This pillar focuses on developing market profiles to support SMEs' entry into identified markets.
