Future for Health

The project aimed to support the transition from a hospital- and disease-centred healthcare system to a person-centred system, promoting health and care with citizens as active partners.

Its objectives included empowering citizens, integrating all sectors of society in health promotion, and continuously improving quality through the systematic application of knowledge and technology.
