About
The “Do IT” Project was focused on the creation and subsequent scaling of a series of “ecosystems” within the national health value chain, based on strong and functional partnerships between organisations with complementary activities and expertise - including companies, scientific and technological institutions, and hospitals. These ecosystems enable the effective transfer, valorisation, and exploitation of results generated through R&D activities.
Due to their strong technological and innovative content, these ecosystems played a decisive role in elevating the national health value chain to new levels of global competitiveness.
The project’s objectives included:
- Developing strategies and organisational models for translational research applicable to entities across the national health value chain — including companies, R&D institutions, and hospitals.
- Developing innovative and competitive products and services for the global health market.
