ACG-HCP (Animation, Coordination, and Management of Health Cluster Portugal)

The “Animation, Coordination, and Management of Health Cluster Portugal” project (ACG-HCP) focused on a set of activities that, either primarily or secondarily, embodied a significant part of HCP’s strategy for animation, coordination, and management, as follows:

i) Some activities were directed at HCP as an associative organisation, aiming to stimulate and promote networking and collaboration among members (covering areas not addressed by the Anchor Projects, while fully aligned with them).

ii) Other activities were directed at HCP as a managing structure, supporting tasks such as defining, executing, evaluating, and, if necessary, redirecting projects, activities, and initiatives within the cluster.

Specifically, the activities carried out under ACG-HCP were organised around five main pillars:
- International best practices in clustering
- Strategic consulting, information, and benchmarking
- Events to strengthen and energise the network
- Web resources
- Executive management and promotional resources
