This training focuses on the principles of co-design, why it is used, and when. Different techniques for involving representative users in the product/prototype design process are explored. Practical tips will also be provided on how to organize sessions, manage participant expectations, and what aspects to pay attention to. Different types of prototyping are also explored for interacting with users and validating their assumptions at different stages of the design and development process.

This training addresses the principles of inclusive design, its origins, its importance, and how it can benefit your prototype/product. It focuses on why inclusive design can be a source of innovation and differentiation for your product, and how it can be implemented in the design and development process. Participants are provided with the theoretical foundations and case studies. The training also includes practical exercises.

Training on what usability testing is, when to conduct it, and how to conduct it. The training focuses on different usability testing methods, the metrics that can be extracted from them, and how to use them to improve a product/prototype. The training has a practical component, involving the design of usability test scripts, conducting the tests, and analysing the data obtained. The technologies to be analysed can be provided by the trainers or the participants.

Customised training on user research and usability to help participants understand their own customers or users. The program focuses on methods for collecting, analszing, and evaluating qualitative data, as well as methods for technological evaluation in a laboratory or real-world environment. Through the analysis of practical examples involving various user groups, including niche markets, best practices are analysed from real-world scenarios. For faster consultation with our human-centred and interaction-focused design experts, participants are also invited to bring their own products to receive personalized feedback on usability, interaction, or inclusive design, along with recommendations for product improvement.
